The diacritic on, ज ् ञ
= ज्ञ , indicates a conjunct
which is not readily pronounceable. Differentiate
from syllable ज ञ ्
= जञ् . The difference is
due to the position of the viram.
Pali-Myanmar words which have the syllable
जञ् /zɪŋ/ are
{ziñ~ña.} and
{ziñ~ña} - UHS-PMDict 406.

This is comparable to the Bur-Myanmar word for
'education'
{piñ~ña} where the 'big nya'
{Ña.} is the horizontal conjunct
of two 'small nya'
{ñ~ña.} ञ्ञ . Therefore, we can conclude that ज्ञ cannot be
pronounced as /zɪŋ/. Thus, the best I can offer at present are /{za·ña}/ -
UKT110921.
