n. learned person; sage.
There are four categories of sages:
1. cintā-kavi -- one able to reason out things
2. suta-kavi -- one able to build up on knowledge acquired
3. attha-kavi -- one able to analyse and elaborate on or condense concepts
4. paṭibhanā-kavi -- one who has incisive and ready wit

kavi -- a poet. There are four classes of kavi, viz.
1. cintā-kavi -- an original poet.
2. suta-kavi --  one who puts into verse what he has heard
3. attha-kavi -- a didactic poet. (i.e. a poet inclined to teach or moralise excessively -- AHTD).
    Compare with attha-cariyā
4. paṭibhanā-kavi -- an improvisor
