UKT on "incipient":  incipient adj. 1. Beginning to exist or appear: detecting incipient tumors; an incipient personnel problem. -- AHTD
Translation by U Myat Kyaw and U San Lwin is probably not proper because of the adjective "incipient". Moreover, the spelling of original entry by UMK & USL as karaza should have been karaja.

kara -- producing, causing, forming, making, doing
karaja -- "born of kamma" in karaja-kāya -- "the body sprung from action" -- an expression always used in a contemptible manner, therefore = the impure, vile, low body.
